CoreVibes Studio offers Pilates. Pilates can provide a gentle reintroduction to movement at any stage of recovery. Our classes are designed to allow women to regain full range of motion while strengthening their deep, core postural muscles. If you can lie on your back and breathe, you can do Pilates! Please attend with your physician’s approval.
